All in-stock and special-order furniture and rugs will be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-cancellable and non-refundable. We do our best to estimate lead times on custom pieces. However, Sit Home & Furniture cannot guarantee lead times and cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery process. Please note that there may be slight variation in colors and patterns on ordered items versus how they appear online and in the Sit Home & Furniture Showroom. 

ACCESSORIES
All accessories, pillows and poufs are eligible for a full store credit within 7 days with proof of purchase. Products must be in new condition. Damaged products will not be eligible for return.
